How do you know that Mr. Brumfield and Cdex did not have exactly that? Maybe the units went into action and did not have every detail needed.
Maybe the buyer's are still there, and maybe they understand why the G4 has not been delivered.
The BOD has TWO doctor's on it. One, is one of the "BEST" and well known Pharmacologist in the nation. He was recognized as the Pharmacist of the YEAR by BOTH the Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and the Michigan Pharmacists Association. Geez, this man was also completed a term of service on the BOARD of DIRECTORS of the American Society of Health-Sysytem Pharmacists. He also received the 2010 John W. Webb Lecture Award. And he may still be the treasurer of the hospital pharmacy section of the INTERNATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL FEDERATION (FIP). Seriously, is this man needing to be a BOD of a company that is there to be a scam of investors monies? Really? What a LOL that notion is.
The point is this, imo, the shareholders who invested in the market or directly into Cdex should have the right to capture some return back. If one wants to invest in Cdex, that is their option, whether it be in the open market, or in a private placement.
LOL, I see that crystal ball blinking off and on again. Each and every creditor still has a chance to get a portion, all, and more than all of their owed dollar's back, because Mr. Brumfield and some believing investors kept Cdex afloat.
Cdex has some, who NO DOUBT, want them to fail. This is very obvious to any reader of this board, however, it is also obvious, that Cdex is doing all it can, to bring to market, Products that will be wanted.
Time will tell about Cdex's future, which all know.......... is just a simple little fact.
