Our government rules and regulations make it almost impossible for most small companies without huge checkbooks to play by the rules. The auditors and lawyers fees can run into the millions of dollars and you know that as well as the nose on your face... The deck is stacked against against publicly held small business and only gives fuel to those who aid in electronic counterfeiting of our stock markets. All the electronic short players have to do is yell fire, and get the DTC to throw ice on a stock(chill), then woefully many great ideas and inventions get rubbed out in the process, in the name of greed. It's too bad because this could be a pretty nice world without it..

In the mean time there is about a 9+ million dollar load of iron ore cruising west and no high classed mud slinging can change that fact.. The pictures of Shirley and the Ilia are all the transperancy I need.. It's just as good as an old fashioned handshake imo.
