DM: I value your mining and more importantly your knowledge of SL. However, SEC financial reporting may be a bit outside your expertise.

The fact is the transaction and how it was handled was fully disclosed more than once. If some/many see this as shifty or misleading, its just a matter of opinion. There is nothing improper with the reporting here and it was fully disclosed. Its really this simple.
