I think the brokerages either don't get the info officially right away or maybe take some time to verify it.

I have 4 news sources for PBLS updates: PBLS's mailing list (which Mike Mulshinee will put you on if you ask), search for "Phoenix Associates Land" on news.google.com (the search of which is bookmarked), Businesswire (since they start there), and E*Trade (which is always behind). I think with all that I don't miss anything and am usually close to getting news immediately....
