THE PEOPLE NOT THE COMPANY NAME, lol.

Loch was not the scam, nor was Cdex the scam, they are names, and names only, the scam were the PEOPLE running the companies.

This point was made to the SEC by several shareholders, because the shareholders DID NOT want the "COMPANIES" to be shut down, just the PEOPLE who were scamming the PRESS RELEASES and investors shut down.

LOL, hopefully one can figure out the difference between a company name, and the PEOPLE who run the COMPANY NAME, lol.
