Just curious: How do you go about selling a shell? Is there any one factor that says "I'm your shell, look at me"? Itokk has been at the bottom for a long while now, but how would that affect the subs? I still believe that Penstock is making sure that Itokk itself is dead while businesses under the umbrella are alive and well. IMHO of course. So would it really be cost effective for him to sell Itokk as a shell?
