While I'm at it. I think I mentioned that Chad Smanjak from the Fairplay Int. deal was previously sentenced. That apparently is in error. I believe he was mixed up for somebody else. MY BAD, I believe he is to be sentenced in late June and as I previously mentioned " pursuant to his plea agreement he will be required to pay FULL restitution to more than 250 victims.

Who knows who the govt. will consider to be victims on this one and how about the victims before the Fairplay announcement who got suckered in on ALL those proven fake announcements before Fairplay.

Where will all those disgorgement dollars go from the SEC compromise ?
