On the bright side for JBI - they more than likely do not have to worry about shareholders filing any further lawsuits. Attorneys are pretty spendy and seeings how this PIG has plummeted in share price so drastically in such a short time, it seems unlikely that any longs have any money left for a retainer.

Save a little - sell a lot - ASAP!
