I don't think there is any "on-site construction." I don't think LSTG has the money to do much more than meet current operating expenses. The Deer Valley "investment" is such a limited vehicle in terms of the money they can take out of it at one time without a massive issue of new stock (which LSTG has not done). This arrangement amounts to a "payday loan." The Company needs the money from Deer Valley to keep the doors open until it begins to generate cash, but it can't move forward until does begin to generate cash from its own operations. What am I missing here?

Mr. Carr's answer to your questions is simply another non-responsive stalling tactic. Not sure why no one seems to be able to get a straight answer about anything out of these guys. I'm in this to the end of the road. I see the potential. But I refuse to accept answers which are inconsistent with the facts as reported by the local press, provide no additional information, and/or don't even make good business sense.

Miguel Angel Jaramillo Tapia owns and operates a business called "Geo-Exploraciones Jaramillo S de RL Mi", located at Maclovio Herrera Numero 67, Int 24, Parral, Chih. 33800. Its telephone numbers are: 627 52 5 7879, 614 2 17 9183, and a mobile number of 52 980230 2. Its web site is www.geoexploracionesjaramillo.es.tl

He's not hard to find. He's not much for answering email from LSTG shareholders, either.
