I was thinking that way too, especially with a definitive agreement even being drafted and their name now appearing as a wholly owned. It does look good. I just have to wonder if making that first payment didn't authorize certain things like announcements, putting their name on the site, etc.. I don't know, but it is interesting to follow anyway. I wouldn't bet any money they don't complete it, but I remain skeptical.
