I see nothing but a definitive agreement on rocketvoip for which TALK owes 50k and 500,000 restricted common shares. I see news of the definitive agreement but nothing about the deal being made good on. If you have evidence, and it is not another press release about an LOI or definitive agreement, but evidence that TALK made good on the terms of the agreement, I would like to see it. I have been waiting for it. A definitive agreement still has to close, just like buying a house. Maybe it has or will close, I just haven't seen it.
