would some one explain why the R/S at a AS of 2mil and an O/S 656,224.according to the 14C. guyer could have just increased the authorized as he has in the past. this last action was to thin the herd and nothing more seems to me this was a sorry A$$ move to pay back all who supported with petitions letters and all other manner and forms not to mention vast amounts of cash due to the bs he spewed in written pr's
