News releases are meaningless except to bag holders. SEC filings are what is important. Read the last 10q, this company is going nowhere, it owes the previous sole exec $7000 for rent and 2 of its current execs 5000 each. Can't pat it's execs but it is out buying companies?? Please. Rocketvoip is not a done deal, read the filings. ITG not a done deal, read the filings. A letter of intent is meaningless.
