Ironically I got an electronic email auto generated from them tonight telling me they billed for the monthly supply we get. Last month I called to change it a bit and they were quick to respond by email from two people, one Kurt and the other some woman. They quickly rectified my order. Honestly I can say I have had no problem communicating with them. I will be talking to them Monday so I will tell you if that changes and the outcome, but I am sure it will be fine. I would like some of that gum too haha ...it's a new product and first month out. I imagine demand is huge as Cbd products are legal but currently very scarce nationally right now. Well actually the gum would be for the wife, I have bad jaw issues. I prefer their Cbd hemp oil.
