I said it before, but Samsung is lot more flexible with vendors despite having their own application processors. This is proving even more so. Samsung will go where money is. If that proves to be Intel's processors vs their own, they will pursue it.

Soon enough, there might be bunch of Intel-based Android devices based on Clover Trail+, and even more with Bay Trail.

Early this year when rough numbers of Windows/Intel Tablet marketshare started trickling out, I started really believing we don't need Apple wins after all. The gains will be even better when Android-based Intel devices start coming out.

I wonder if history will be repeated again when Apple becomes the LAST vendor to move to Intel, just like with PC?

Intel's approach of being vendor-neutral and not doing things to anger them is again proving the right way to go. Keeping good relationships with developers is what's good in the long run. Unlike Microsoft with Surface products.
