I've been wondering why LOTE
Was never halted so why the hell would this?!?

DD show yes a 3rd party tried to get italk on the Berlin exchange on Friday and No Dummy actually mentioned it in the PSS chat ... You only do that for 1 reason at this point in a promo .... ( to short the living piss out of a stock ) which happened when talk went from $2-$.70s
And I'm sure if it went through un noticed TALK Would be shorted to .10s by next week

Retail doesn't even really matter at this point this war will between MMs
We will be small players in this
Battle ... LOTE promo guys made very little money with that move and PR but man did they mess up WDCO
