I have bad news to report: I told my friend about EXPU a few months ago and he bought some stock and ordered bottles. Last Wednesday, his bottles finally came and was very disappointed to see that the bottles arrived shattered. Not only did they not have a fragile label on the box, but he also emailed Alf and Rene and they did not email him back! What should he do? Thats unacceptable not to email him back given that his bottles arrived broken. Oh, and if someone talks to Alf/Rene, can they please mention this and tell them to respond/send new bottles. This is very disconcerting, not to mention horrible business.
