There is NO DOCUMENT that shows Rod ever bought 5M shares because he never did! Where that idea came from is unknown.

Rod purchased 9,700,000 SIRG shares in his 5277 Partners LLC in Oct, 2010 when the lowest pps was .25!

Rod has "EARNED" 5,530,000 SIRG shares for consulting and in lieu of salary.
