There's only two parties which know the specifics: The SEC, and Reid, along with his lawyers.
By law the SEC can not comment. Reid can, at any time issue a PR indicating the issues, and his plan or remedy to address the issues. He has chosen to keep his stockholders in the dark. Such an approach would never fly for a NYSE stock, but in the microcap penny world seems to be the norm.
I am going to email the shit out of Mr. Reid this weekend to get some kind of idea how much longer we're going to be languishing on the greys!
The predicted reply is: I'm working on it, and we expect progress soon.
If you are able to get his attention, try to measure the squirm factor with the following question:
Will you commit to a date (e.g. end of May) to issue a PR stating: A Termination Notice was received from the SEC on dd-mm-yy, indicating the investigation has been closed?
The predicted reply is silence. Or a diversion away from committing to anything.
