It was a XP pump and dump based on rumors of a reverse merger play. They kept saying Rhino was getting very close to picking there candidate with huge potential ROI. Then about a year later they announced there candidate (an imaginary gold mining company)and did a one day pump the day hurricane Sandy closed the stock market and nothing since. Pretty tragic on what these P&Ds can do.
