Morning cero.. I may be mistaken but I think EEDG will change its symbol to RBBI and its name will be Restaurant Brand Builders, Inc. DFW will be a subsidiary using the of Gourmet Wing Co.

"First, formal processes have been initiated to change the name of Energy Edge Technologies Corporation to Restaurant Brand Builders, Inc. (RBBI) to better reflect our focus on the food, sauce, spice and beverage sectors. This is part of our overall strategy to clearly communicate our intentions regarding the parent company and our current and future subsidiaries. We believe this change will also help investors to better understand the intrinsic value of the company and each subsidiary. RBBI will focus on the aforementioned sectors including restaurant development and franchising, and all future restaurant and food concepts, including Gourmet Wings, will operate under the umbrella of RBBI. There are numerous steps involved but the company seeks to expedite the name and stock symbol change.
