it depends on many issues, the main one being was it the company at all, or was it someone with alot of shares (millions)as m r giles stated to me which were given as part of a debt settlement, if it was the company then we have to consider did they misrepresent, or mislead, provide false information, etc; at that point there could be some liability; again if that is the case i would be joining the lawsuit myself, as i got screwed based on these pr's and have information regarding the case; as CEO mr, giles number one priority is supposed to be the stockholders, he OWES it to us to issue a statement and updates. this product was SUPPOSED to be in production already as they stated they had enough cash after the million dollar placement, even stated at the time that production would begin in 5 to 6 months, it's that time now; there are still many questions about this company it's time to put up or be labeled a fraud. given the recent news i'll give it another week then i'll be contacting that law firm myself lets hope for the best good luck
