Those other execs were low enough down
that they probably (maybe?) did not get
the insider word that PCX was getting
ready to do the dastardly BK. And thus
did not have a chance to bail out of
their stock.
So maybe the judge's "bonus" to them
might be to do the honorable thing and
not emasculate our/their hard earned
and bought and paid for stock.
Maybe?
