Mgland, about the SNYY dividend
In the PR Sandy stated that this was a "windfall" for shareholders. It is not a "windfall" unless some or all of the SNYY restricted shares are divvied to investors. A
dividend of several cents per share (or more) would seem fair, even if FCDH wants to strengthen its balance sheet.
