Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/17/2013 -- SK3 Group, Inc. (OTCMKTS:SKTO) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories.

Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories develops pure cannabis medicine. It was formed as a partnership in 2011 between Dr. Charles Apel, Ph.D. and David Hoye, a well known researcher on cannabis and a author since 1970’s. it was formed under the pseudonym ‘D. Gold’.

Mr. Hoye and Dr. Apel have been working together which was about 40 years ago. Mr. Hoye as helped by Mr. Apel to develop methods in his book ‘D. Gold; Cannabis Alchemy, Methods for Preparation of Extremely Potent Cannabis Products’. This book was recognized as a standard work on the cannabis extraction and its concentration. Mr. Apel on the other hand devoted most of his life to pure science.
