Fire most of the 13 people that work at POW!, hire writers and artists
Shut down most of the social media sites
Stop the POW! Charity work
Get a president in that knows how to run a business
quit licensing Stan's name to junk products.
Start producing products that play to Stan's (supposed) strengths, comic books/graphic novels
Quit flying Stan around to so many comic cons to sign autographs, that bring in no money to POW!, 3 or 4 a year is fine.
In my opinion, Stan needs to quit lying
Talk up POW! projects when they hit the market and keep talking about them.

In short, they need to act like a real company trying to make money for their shareholders. They need to quit using POW! as a Stan Lee club house.
