I disagree - there are lots of links out there and if you do your homework you will see that this case is no brainer. So far this is what happened. VPLM is counter-sued for fraud because they claimed that there are two others who owned bleam but those alleged claimants seems to be not cooperating with vplm and there are defaults against them by vplm. So without these so called claimants vplm has no case. Additionally vplm is being sued for fraud and the defendants are asking huge damages. If the case does not go vplm way i see huge dilution coming soon.

Do you really think any company is going to buy this company with all these mess?
