I recognize that Form T trades to pay bills is much different than Dilution



You need to read the financial filing from 2 days ago. The added shares are massive dilution. These guys are adding over 50 million shares a day on average. The OS was 16 million after the reverse split in December. Here we are 5 short months later and the OS is over 2 billion. In other words, the OS has increased over 125X since December 2012.
