Of all the recent documents filled I have seen no mention of what the Wells notice consist of.

Where the proceeds of the 38,000,000 shares Dean Janes sold go to. Did I miss it in a filing somewhere? I would think this would be closely examined by the BK Judge.

Who actually owned them when the proxy was voted on? It appeared that Dean used those shares to vote.
