S.- I did some quick research on your question from yesterday regarding the nature of the WLT insider purchases.

Each transaction listed on a Form 4 filing has a specific transaction code and there are about twenty possibilities. Most of them are quite specific as to the type of transaction, including many that include options.

All the insider transactions that I referenced are Code P: open market or private purchase of securities.
