I hope he is correct in saying that, and those who stick with it, live to make back their money. I am long here, and not just my PP shares either, in fact, threw another 6k shares in the pot from a good trade elsewhere, just figure, what the hay.
If they get the recission, I don't think they'll get screwed with another shitty deal. Conca has nothing to do with ATEL, his name was just put in the PR's cause he was the former CEO, just a figurehead, same with recission, he has never had a free trading share of ACII/SHPS/ATEL, neither Miller. He got just as screwed from the Israeli/Arab scam venture here as the rest did, and Markow, contrary to what the bashers say, has in fact RM'ed a number of decent companies over the past year, BLPT and SCRO for example--and I'm not talking about the price decline, that is across the board and a cheap shot, XNET is a great company and is down from $20's to .50 as well, it's the mk't, but they are solid companies, so maybe he can do it again?
I don't know, I've been assured that they'll get the shell back, but I think it's probably 50-50, maybe, hope so... if not, this sure leaves a bad taste, and not a bunch of money in my pocket as some here tend to believe, but that's their problem, no one pushed their buy button.
In fact, before I left for India, I bought 20k more shares at $1, that I wound up selling for 1/10th that, and that's just an example, I'm sure others here have been likewise screwed.
There is not a conspiracy here, just lame luck at attracting a bad apple that makes the bag rotten when near them all. Let's just hope we get some good luck coming our way soon, and that they file. I don't know who profited from this and who didn't, but I also don't know of anyone who pumped lies intentionally on these threads, in fact I know that no one I know did... in ATEL, most probably so, but not from the original shareholders.
If you want to fault the messenger for posting Stuarts lies and believeing them in passing them on, I think that's a little like saying I or any other long here in the beginning pumped this by posting the PR's that were put out.
Did Liang get a call from Lee or what? Seemed a bit of a retraction there in that PR. Lee get served with some bit of heat?
Anyway, just my opinion and ramblings, won't post here to often, doing other more constructive things than trying to make the wrong right, best of luck.
