LSplit,
Think on this. Let's say I have a product that is kinda new and unique. And there was some upstart firm who had a unique product pretty darn close to what I had and had it a bit longer, But was a small public traded company. Now in a nice world they box it out in the who can sell the most widget.
But in a not so kind world firm A who has some cash and influence but does not hold the right to the widget decides well I know what I can just keep the small public traded firm down with the power of words on a message board. Ha!! Pilot what in the world are you saying no one would look to do that to this little firm. Really? This little concept is worth billions in the open market in due time. I am sure everyone is aware of that. I am sure that the digital sharing of medical information in a dynamic platform that is now being offered by mmrg is a game changer for the whole medical field.
LSplit there is a lot more going on here than meets the eye.
But you know what. When the rubber hits the road. It will boil down to patents, and judges and jury. But that is OK to me because this concept was designed and developed by the CEO of this firm. Built out of his own life difficulty. And he took that difficulty and made a product. And that product is being sold on the open market. And that product is getting better and better Quarter by Quarter. And those who want to share in the billion dollar sector of dynamic medical records are just going to have to do better or find something else to do with their time.
