well whatever the case the news hurt the credibility of the company, as CEO mr. giles should issue a statement, if he had nothing to do with the APS promo then state it; otherwise the company could be liable; if what he told me was false i'll be the first one looking to testify along with my phone records as to what he had stated regarding the matter and when
