It appears you know everything except the true facts.One that calls someone dumb should look up the definition on the word FOOL.

I got my numbers from the good doc.


As of December 31, 2012, there are 77,751,143 shares outstanding. We do not track the number held by affiliates.


The share count will only go up once the shares are converted and many have been issued to insiders with restrictions on their ability to convert.
