WLT: I know that it's down in the mid-$17's today, but their BOD & execs have been buying like crazy at higher prices, and I mean open market direct purchases, not options.

May 12, TOKARZ MICHAEL, Director, 25,000 Direct Purchase at $19 per share: $475,000

May 7, TOKARZ MICHAEL, Director, 25,000 Direct Purchase at $17.75 per share: $443,750

May 6, STEWART CHARLES, Officer, 3,000 Direct Purchase at $16.81 per share: $50,430

May 5, HARVEY WILLIAM, Officer, 5,000 Direct Purchase at $17.56 per share: $87,800

May 5, DOPPELT EARL, Officer, 5,000 Direct Purchase at $17.40 per share: $87,000

May 5, SCHELLER WALTER, Officer, 8,585 Direct Purchase at $17.57 per share: $150,838

May 5, HENDERSON MARY, Director, 2,000 Direct Purchase at $17.66 per share: $35,320

May 5, LEONARD JOSEPH, Director, 16,700 Direct Purchase at $17.73 per share: $296,091

May 5, BEATTY DAVID, Director , 5,000 Direct Purchase at $17.72 per share: $88,600

May 5, KOLB JERRY, Director, 2,835 Direct Purchase at $17.69 per share: $50,151

This is just for May; the list goes on and on for the previous months.

This is the kind of thing I like to see, more than some semi-knowledgeable analyst making a WAG.

All that is needed to make a happy life is within yourself, in your way of thinking. -Marcus Aurelius
