NOTE THIS COMMENT FOUND ELSEWHERE : Whether or not you want to listen to Smith or not, I have been watching this stock going on 2 years now. IPRC experienced its 52 week low last week @ 0.0284/share then quickly bounced back. Its encountering strong resistance around the 0.03 mark. I am now back into this stock as of today. I believe if you have the money to spare for a max of 2 months, this stock will be 0.06 before you know it.
