Wataire Industries Inc. ("Wataire" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets: WTAF) is pleased to announce the current status of the license agreement with International Development Corp. (OTCBB: IDVL) to market and distribute the Company's Atmospheric Water Generators in the United States.

International Development Corp. (IDC) filed its annual report on form 10KSB on November 29, 2005. In their report IDC outlined its go-forward plan. IDC plans on selling its wholly owned subsidiary FreshWater Technologies Inc. and focusing the Company's efforts exclusively on Wataire's Atmospheric Water Generators. IDC's management and Board of Directors will present to their shareholders at the upcoming annual meeting their plan to launch the Home Office Atmospheric Water Generators in the USA.

The shares issued to Wataire Industries Inc. will be dispersed after the restructuring of IDVL as outlined in the company's 10KSB annual report which includes the 1,000-for-1 reverse split.

Wataire Industries Inc. management, in a meeting held on Dec 6, 2005, agreed to propose to the Company's Board of Directors at the next board meeting to be held on January 12, 2006, that the company initiate a two-for-one forward share split, to dividend our shareholders with Wataire stock.
