agreed. If you want real-world net inc attributable to SIAF, you need to substract this non-cash gain from the reported net income:

Gain on extinguishment of debts 552,988

leaving 15,825,578 as Net Inc. So "real" (non-GAAP) net margin is 29%.

Net income: 16.378.772
Net margin= net income/revenue = 29,7%
