IESV breakout confirmed and continues up. SEC filings showed 2 new insider buys yesterday 12-07. Rumor has it a dairy in Elmore County Idaho has filed for a building permit to construct an "Andigen Design Digester". IESV was not named but IESV has an exclusive license in Idaho.
