And lets not forget the very foundation of Treaty as we now know it:
"On May 29, 2012, the bankruptcy court issued a Memorandum Opinion addressing the claims remaining in adversary proceedings 10-1042 and 10-1043. The bankruptcy court found that Blackburn committed fraud in connection with the purchase of Treaty Petroleum because he misrepresented that he was acting on behalf of Phoenix Associates and Phoenix Associates's relationship with Phoenix Oil & Gas."
The ramifications of this ruling and how far it goes has not been tested yet. I think that it is about to though. To my knowledge Treaty Energy Corporation has not publicly disclosed this ruling to public shareholders whereby each can determine this rulings effects on them or lenders.
