All that I have stated about Dave Williams is in the court docs !!!

It states DW was in breach of fiduciary duties for posting information on the CLYW board
While being a director or officer.
He put information on CLYW board to mislead shareholders.
Using the alias that is listed in the court docs.

So yes Dave Williams is a crook when it came to CLYW and its shareholders.
It's all there in black and white.

I will share more as I continue reading the docs.
