I recommend that you try the IR contact information again. Fred did state that he is not using his personnel email address for company business anymore so if you are using his .net address that maybe why you are not getting a response.

I have received a very prompt and professional response from Paul every time I have contacted him. My questions are answered to the extent that he is permitted to answer them. He answered questions I had just yesterday. They are there and they do respond but don’t expect any new information, the website is the way they provide new information. Hope that helps
