The financials or a Notice of Late Filing is due today, the 15th. If they file the Notice of Late Filing on http://www.OTCMarkets.com then the financials are due on Monday, May 20th.

Worst case scenario, they get a big YIELD (Limited information) sign showing on OTCMarkets.com when you look up their symbol until they catch up on their filings. Once they catch up and file properly again, they return to OTC Pinks (Current information).
