I am replying to a old post from you from 2011. It is one of just a couple that address the preferred. The yahoo poster states "$200 mill in preferred stock."

On the recently released financials it says 200,000,000 "preferred capital stock". Are you sure that each preferred share is worth just $1.00? Big difference if each preferred share has a face amount of a more standard $25 per share and have liquidation priority over the common holders. That would almost certainly mean no recovery for the common if the preferreds have dibs on the first $5 bil. if $25 is the case. Obviously I hope they are $1 each. Has this been discussed before? I am new to the board. Like I said, my search through previous post did not bring up much.

Thanks
