Now i did not do this before or after the case so i can not 100 percent say that google did not do a modification of some sort, but if they did they are even more infringing! Now i had one of my friends who taught me my job as a coder, this guy has experience in the field and has testified in court as an expert to explain colorably
different. He explained to me that the only way to be colorable different on the code and the current use would to be to do away with the ads, and the ranking systems. This also works for click though and pay per clicks. So rest assured there is no way google has a workaround and can still profit. I had some info sent to vringo from three certified government coders. So i wait to see how this plays out cause i do not trust the judge. But i did prove today that there is no change. If you want to test the theory you can google five short things on google and yahoo or bing and write down the top twenty. If you get 60 percent the same results therehttp://www.rvguide.com/manufacturer/gulf-stream/2012-gulf-stream-kingsport-288rls-review-1438.html is your proof. Reason for sixty percent is because all the systems have vip placement code in the script. This is to place the vip ads up top for specific times. Good luck to all
