The company is a lot closer to being profitable than it was 2 years ago. #3 is much closer to production is the reason. But it is correct that getting a BOD is going to be very difficult if not impossible. BOD's have had so many problems in recent years that good people are gun shy about serving on boards of companies that aren't doing well. #3 producing and CFP would be helpful but even that might not be enough to get people to serve on this board.
