Let's not get carried away...this price movement is in anticipation of AFS release for Q1.

The Confirmation or Adjustment of the AFS will determine what happens next, along with the share count, and where the cash is coming from, as we all know it certainly isn't coming from the sale of Cannavest shares...

Also note:

Cannavest just delayed their 10K until May 20, 2013 because they weren't happy with the fact that their auditor told them they had a terrible internal control environment with the CEO and CFO performing the same duties, and the fact that they outsourced all book keeping duties, because the CEO/CFO didn't have the expertise to do them.
