well the PR did state they could recieve a (low interest)loan up to 1.03 million US dollars and they did state they needed $800,000 to get to production; so lets get on with it; they were saying third quarter and we are close to that, now that the funds are available news about a production schedule should be out; given the PM's brother is involved with the company. the funds (loan) should be a lock and mr. giles did tell me that those shares were part of a debt and the third party (who received shares as payment) dealt with APS, ps that guy can talk i spoke with him twice on the phone first time for over an hour the second time about 45 minutes
