It was 5B in 2009 back when I started following it. Fairy tales of phantom shares, lol. Gaffney robbed the shareholders and now Nguyen is doing the same thing. LATF is headed down the same disaster road. They pumped the hell out of this stock while increasing the Float. PND SCAM!!
