Mindpix Corporation Announces Non-Reliance on Previously Filed Financial Statements

LAS VEGAS, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindpix Corporation (OTC Pink: MPIX) today announces that based upon the recommendation of an independent review of its financial statements, that the previously issued financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2012 and the interim periods, should not be relied upon. The Company is focusing on the accounting valuation used for the music assets acquired on May 31, 2011.

The company has engaged Certified Public Accountants and legal professionals that specialize in music rights to assist the Company. The Company is currently preparing proper financial reports in order to amend and/or restate previously filed financial reports. Management does not expect any impact on the operations of the Company or on any of the initiatives reported in the recent May 9, 2013 Shareholder Update. These matters are expected to be fully addressed within the upcoming weeks.
